This Agreement Terms & Conditions, hereafter called Agreement, sets out the legally binding terms and conditions to use Ulifei Website and Service.
By creating a Ulifei account, on your computer or any other device to avail Ulifei Service as a Member you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use Ulifei Service. This Agreement may be modified by Ulifei from time to time.
Ulifei is a matchmaking platform for the personal use of members to display, advertise and promote their profiles with the purpose to find appropriate matches for marriage. Ulifei is not a dating site and cannot be used for any commercial activities.
You cannot use Service of Ulifei and become legitimate member unless you are above 18 years of age at the time of registering member of Ulifei, you agree to terms and conditions of this Agreement which is a binding contract with Ulifei, you have never been convicted of a felony or indictable offense, a sex crime, or any crime involving violence and debarred by law of the land to enter into any legal agreement or hold office or employed with a legal entity.
By becoming member of Ulifei you consent to submit your personal identifiable information, personal data, religion, cast, interest and so forth with a purpose to display and use the said information to provide the Ulifei Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials at Ulifei. If you think someone has gained access to your account, please immediately contact us. If you do not agree to give this consent, please do not use Ulifei Service and delete your account.
You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on Ulifei site. Ulifei may terminate your account at any time without notice if it believes that you have violated this Agreement without any refund to you of any amount paid for Ulifei exclusive services.
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force restraining you from entering into matrimony.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Ulifei makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct or compatibility of members. Ulifei provides platform and encourage a respectful member experience to communicate only after both have indicated interest in one another. Ulifei is not responsible for the conduct of any member on or off the Ulifei Service platform. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other members, particularly if you decide to meet other member in person. Further, you agree that you will not provide your financial information to other members e.g. your credit card or bank account information.
By creating an account at Ulifei, you give to Ulifei a worldwide right and license to host, use, copy, store, display, edit, publish, reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute information you make available on the Ulifei Service or communicated to other members and in addition authorize us to access content from third parties e.g. Facebook, as well as any information you post, upload, and display.
You hereby confirm that after becoming member of Ulifei, you do not have any objection to receive communication from Ulifei and members of Ulifei e.g. emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, phone calls etc. You further confirm that the Content, information including the personal information provided by you is correct and accurate. If you are creating the profile on behalf of your children or another person, you hereby agree that you have the required permission from the particular person whose profile is created on Ulifei.
Ulifei reserves the right to monitor or review any content you post as part of a Service. We may delete any content, in whole or in part, that in our sole judgment violates this Agreement or may harm the reputation of the Service. Further, Ulifei reserves the right to screen communications that you may send to other Members and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.
You agree that you will use Ulifei Service keeping in mind “Community Rights and Rules”. Specifically you will not use the service for illegal or harmful purpose, solicit money from other members, display or communicate content which is offensive to the community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, harasses or advocates harassment of another person, transmit junk mails, chain letters, or unsolicited mass mailing or spamming, post images of another person without his or her permission, post any content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit, pornographic or contains nudity and incites violence. Ulifei cannot guarantee all content post on Ulifei is in accordance with this Agreement. It is the sole responsibility of the member who posts the content that all content shall comply with this Agreement. If you see content that violates this Agreement, please report it to Ulifei via our contact us form.
You agree that you will not use another member’s account, share an account with another member, or maintain more than one account or make a new account after we have terminated your account.
Ulifei has proprietary rights over its logo, material, trademarks, and other proprietary information. You cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Provided that information which is in the public domain such as member profile or for which permission has been obtained from the user. Violation act on your part in this regard shall constitute a violation of this Agreement leading to termination of your membership at Ulifei without refund of exclusive services payment (if any).
Privacy Policy
Ulifei Service is governed by Privacy Policy. Please follow Ulifei privacy policy guidelines, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
Disclaimers
Ulifei grants no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to the Service and all content including, without limitation, any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility or non-violation of law and Agreement.
Ulifei provides the Service on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or any content or information you obtain on or through the service will be accurate, secure or error free without any defects.
Ulifei is not responsible for any content that you or another member or third party posts, sends or receives through the Service and you are solely responsible at your own risk for any material downloaded, information or content shared with you or by you with other members or third party at Ulifei Service. Ulifei takes no responsibility for the conduct of any User or Member of Ulifei Service whether online or offline.
Ulifei does not warrant or represent that exchange of matchmaking profiles through or by Ulifei Service is a matrimonial offer or recommendation and does not promise any specific results from use of Ulifei Service.
Ulifei shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, any relationship including but not limited to matrimonial relationship established pursuant to the use of Ulifei service.
Limitation of Liability
Ulifei and its Employees, Directors, Affiliates, Licensors or Service Providers will not under any circumstances or event be liable for any direct or indirect consequential, incidental, special or enhanced damages, without limitation, lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, whether or not such damages are based on tort, warranty, contract or otherwise resulting from use of Ulifei Service or inability to access or use the Service – even if Ulifei has been advised, or is aware, of the possibility of such damages.
The liability of Ulifei and its Employees, Directors, Affiliates, Licensors or Service Providers affiliates for all claims of any kind arising from or related to the provision of services to you or otherwise, will be limited to a maximum, aggregate total (“liability cap”) of (i) twenty percent (20%) of the total price paid by you for Ulifei services to which such claims relate, or (ii) PKR 1,000/ whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ulifei and its affiliates, and their and our respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all complaints, demands, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses, including attorney’s fees due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to your access to or use of the Service, your Content, or your breach of this Agreement.
The laws of Pakistan govern all Agreements, Offers and these Terms, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with an Agreement, an Offer or these Terms that cannot be settled through consultation in good faith within Ninety (90) days after notice from either Party that a dispute exists, will be brought exclusively in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, provided that Ulifei will always be permitted to bring any action or proceedings against Member/User in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section will be construed or interpreted as a limitation on either Party’s right under applicable law to seek injunctive or other equitable relief, to take any action to safeguard its possibility to have recourse on the other Party.
